The Caterham Family of Schools invites applications for the role of Head of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ, to start no later than September 2027.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an inspirational and forward?thinking leader to build on these strong foundations and lead the school through its next phase of development. The Head of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ School will have both the autonomy and encouragement to shape the future direction of the school, supported by an Executive Head of Prep Schools, while contributing to the wider strategy and shared ambition of the Caterham Family of Schools.

The successful candidate will be a visible, values?driven and emotionally intelligent leader, with a deep commitment to the wellbeing, education and development of young children. They will combine educational credibility with warmth and humanity, and will be deeply committed to leading a vibrant prep school community. Equally important will be the ability to provide clear strategic leadership, inspire and develop colleagues, and ensure that The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ continues to thrive in a dynamic and evolving educational landscape.
