Maths at The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ is intended to prepare students for an ‘Education for Life’ by ensuring they have secure knowledge and core fundamental skills which are developed in the Early Years through to the Upper part of the School. Its cross-curricular nature ignites creativity, continuity and mastery in all attainment areas of the subject. Our bespoke syllabus which commences from the Early Year Foundation Stages through to Key Stage 3 delivers independent learning and fosters growth mind-set in learners of all abilities.
The Parent and Pupil Workshops, Maths Road Shows, Junior Maths Challenges and the Virtual Learning Platforms seek opportunities to stimulate, inspire and develop resilient learners; this also ensures that learners experience the subject in a variety of enjoyable and challenging contexts.
Close collaboration with other Prep Schools and Senior Schools ensures that good practice is shared and implemented which provides personalised learning to each pupil.
