Working closely with the Deputy Head (Academic and Innovation), the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving academic excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to manage and lead the teaching and learning throughout the school.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a keen interest in current education developments with excellent organisation skills. They will be able work effectively as part of the Senior Leadership Team and be willing to play a full part in school life, including co-curricular activities.
