Safeguarding Children

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child. It is the responsibility of all staff, governors and volunteers to share this commitment to protect all children from harm and from the risk of harm.

All staff and governors recognise our moral and statutory responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children through a culture of vigilance from all staff and we expect to provide the highest standards of care and support for all children. We endeavour to provide a safe and welcoming environment where children feel secure, are listened to and are safe, as well as feeling respected and valued. We are alert to the signs of abuse and neglect and follow our procedures to ensure that children receive effective support, protection and justice.

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mr Andy Morris, who has ultimate responsibility for safeguarding at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ and Nursery.
