As Senior Director, Group Communications at the British Business Bank, the UK’s economic development bank, I bring extensive reputation management and communications experience to the Board of Governors. I am also a diversity advocate within my industry and a past President of Women in PR, an advocacy and networking group for senior women working in the communications industry. In 2018, I was delighted to be made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in recognition of 25+ years’ contribution to the profession. I am also a Chartered PR Practitioner, a Freeman of the City of London and Freeman of the Company of Communicators.

I served as a Trustee on the Caterham School Board for six years from 2018-2024. During that time, I was a member of the Welfare, Child Protection & Safeguarding Committee and Nominations Committee. I continue as Chair of the Development Committee, which funded 20 transformational bursaries by 2024 and has a new target to fund 40 transformational bursaries by 2030.

I was educated at Caterham School and studied Business Studies at Bournemouth University. I am married and live in Surrey with my husband and three sons.
