The Old Hawthornian Association recently launched the Personal Development Fund which offers financial assistance to Old Hawthornian pupils each year to fund voluntary or enterprising projects which will support their personal growth or development during their ‘A’ level years and to the year following university.

Last week we welcomed Kieran Walton (2004-2011) back to school to share his unforgettable World Challenge trip of which the Old Hawthornian Assosiation was proud to contribute to.

Kieran travelled to Costa Rica and Nicaragua to take part in various community projects and shared his once in a lifetime experience with pupils. A huge thank you to Kieran for an inspirational presentation and encouraging our pupils to consider similar ventures in the future!
