I was delighted to be invited to join the Board of Governors at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ, a role that sits naturally alongside my ongoing work as a trustee at Caterham School. I bring more than 30 years of extensive experience within the NHS, working at both national and local levels in senior leadership and management consultancy roles. Throughout my career, I have developed significant expertise in strategic planning, critical thinking, stakeholder management, governance, and partnership working.

Alongside my professional background, I am an experienced governance leader in the maintained education sector, driven by a strong commitment to social justice and the belief that every young person should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential. I also serve as a trustee for several Church of England–affiliated charities and am an active leader within my local church community.
