In February 2024, we welcomed the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) team into our School as part of their routine cycle of inspections and are absolutely delighted to share the exceptional outcome of their visit.

Headmaster, Adrian Floyd remarked "Our report serves as a strong endorsement of all that we do at ºìÐÓÊÓƵ. As Head, I was delighted that our warm and family atmosphere was self-evident to the inspectors and was particularly pleased with their recognition that our core values 'resonate throughout the school'."

"My thanks go to our incredible staff who have been recognised by the inspectors for delivering a broad and balanced education through close collaboration and 'meticulous tracking' of pupil progress. I continue to marvel at the dedication and commitment the staff show to every child at the School, with the benefits of the strong and positive relationships that exist between our pupils and staff mentioned numerous times throughout the report. I am proud that together we create such a happy and warm learning environment, that pupils ‘look forward to coming to school as they feel it is an extension of their family life’."

"More importantly, I am indebted to the pupils for inspiring us as staff; it takes courage for children as young as eight to discuss their opinions of their school with Inspectors and they did so with enthusiasm and pride. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the parents in our community. Their trust, support, and partnership are invaluable to us, and I am grateful for the opportunity to nurture and educate their children."

The new ISI framework, rolled out from September 2023, marks a departure from the traditional judgements of excellent/good/satisfactory. Instead, alongside pupils’ learning outcomes, the inspectorate are now focusing on ensuring pupil wellbeing is placed at the centre of each school and understanding this through the experiences of pupils.
