As the Spring Term drew to a close pupils in Years 1 and 2 took part in an Inter-House Music Festival.

The afternoon began with three Year 2 children from each House playing a solo on their instruments. The adjudicators were impressed at how confidently they played and how well they entertained us.

Each House then sang an Easter song which involved all of the pupils from Year 1 and Year 2. The children sang with enthusiasm and joy with the addition of percussion instruments, actions, solos and even some bunny ears!

The adjudicators then totted up their marks and announced the results. The Runners Up were the Red House and the Winners were…… the Yellow House!

Congratulations to all the children and staff for their hard work and practice.  It really was a truly wonderful afternoon of music making!
