The Governors of ºìÐÓÊÓƵ are delighted to announce that Mr Andy Morris, the current Deputy Head at the School, will be the next Head of The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ. Mr Morris will take up the role in September 2027 following the retirement of Mr Adrian Floyd after 12 years of outstanding service.
The appointment was made following a highly competitive process, with a strong external field reflecting the high regard in which The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ is held nationally.
Mr Morris will be familiar to everyone within The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ community and has been an integral part of the success of the School for many years.
Mr Morris writes, "I am truly honoured and delighted to have been appointed as the new Head of The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ. Having seen the school's commitment to nurturing, inspiring and challenging every child, I am excited to build on its strengths and successes. I look forward to working closely with our pupils, staff and families as we continue to provide an exceptional educational experience for every child.”
Governors were impressed not only by Mr Morris’s knowledge of the School and our community, but also by his exciting vision for the educational journey he seeks to take The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ on, building on the success of the previous decade and maximising the opportunities presented by being an integral part of the Caterham Family of Schools.
Over the coming year, Mr Morris will work closely with Mr Floyd to ensure a smooth transition and to ensure that The ºìÐÓÊÓƵ continues to develop as the destination prep school for families in the area.
