Pupils delight in our first Chamber Concert in nearly two years

It was wonderful to hear music once again ring out from the Stephens Hall at our recent Chamber Concert. Children's sheer joy at performing in front of a full audience after nearly two years was palpable, and their beautiful performances brought a tear to many an eye. The evening was packed with a varied program of instrumental solos and vocal performances from pupils in Years 5 to 8 and a version of 'Blackbird' by The Beatles was delightfully sung by the Senior Choir.
Mrs Saklatvala, Head of Music commented 'This was our first musical event with a full audience in nearly two years and the children were just wonderful. With this standard of performance in our first concert of the year, I simply can't wait to see what our Christmas events (and beyond) have in store'.
