Year 4 have been studying Judaism this term and enjoyed a visit to Sutton Synagogue last week.

Pupils studied the layout of the synagogue and viewed important parts including the Ark and the Bimah. They were then given the opportunity to view an actual Torah Scroll and examine a number of other Jewish artefacts. 

The day concluded with both pupils and teachers sampling some challah bread and matzah crackers!
